- we coordinate the offer letter process and joining confirmation
- once the candidate joins, we raise our invoice for the services rendered (8.33% of the CTC)
- and we provide a 90-day replacement window, where if the candidate leaves within 90 days, we arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Outsource / Contract
Access skilled professionals on a contract basis for project sprints, interim coverage, or ongoing flexible support — without the overhead of permanent headcount.
- You share your requirements

- you conduct the interviews and shortlist the final candidates
- we onboard them on our company payroll and provide you with a man-month rate for the selected resource
- invoices are raised on the 1st of every following month for the deployed resource
- payments are released by the 5th and we process the resource payroll accordingly
- and in case a resource resigns, we arrange a suitable replacement to ensure continuity of the engagement.
Fixed Cost Projects
